To join the ISRO it is compulsory to study BE/B.Tech. If you do degree in physics or chemistry then you might not have a chances to get into ISRO. You have to appear for JEE and get into NIT or IIT and complete BE/B.Tech in aero space or aeronautical engineering which will help you to get into the ISRO very easily.
