Thanks for the question.

If you have completed 10th and 12th both from haryana then you can apply for haryana state quota.

You can also apply for uttar pradesh if you have a residence certificate of living there for 10 years

Yes brother I have been living here since 2000
So it mean that I can apply with SC category of haryana by showing residence certificate to them
