Yes, you can complete it and you can appear for the third or final year exam without any doubt you just have to go to your college and tell them that you want to appear for the exam then they will tell you about the different registration and admit form filling process and I think you have to pay a fee to the college to as college fee so start your preparation and do study well you will be a graduate with flying colors.
