i would suggest the govt colleges while you need to go through the state exams, i also like to inform you there are best colleges which are private universities whose fee is 2lakh per anum while they have high standard of education colleges like VIT, SRM,AMRITHA, KARUNYA many more i also like to suggest if you are from Karanataka  you have GITAM UNIVERSITY on basis of KCET you will ge seat in bangalore with you fee cost with best facilities
