Since you didn't have physics, chemistry and biology in your graduation, that is in your Engineering so you need to choose the code 02 as the highest qualification in which you had physics , chemistry and biology is your 10+2 . So you need to choose the code 02 dear.
As the code 02  is for those who have qualified 10+2 in the year 2019 or before with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as subjects.

your qualification code in neet ug is 07.

code 07 says Any other examination which in scope and standard (Last 02 years of 10+2 Study comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology; which shall include practical test in these subjects) is found to be equivalent to the Intermediate Science Examination of an Indian University/Board, taking Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests in each of these subjects and English.
