You have a great aim and to achieve it you will need to put lots of efforts. The first option is to fight for civil service exam and become an IPS officer. But an IPS officer can get posting in any part of India and getting home state is tough. But its the easiest way to achieve high posts. 

The next way is fight for exams by state government go for posts like SI and after promotion you will become SP. And its the toughest way as promotions are not so quick.
