I have completed my BTech in electrical and electronics engineering with percentage of 59.01% do I have any scope to get into Mtech programs and PSU's with a GATE score of 45 marks

hi,

see most of the psus has eligibility criteria of 60% marks in graduation with gate score , and same type of criteria is true for m.tech eligibility criteria. so even if you have secured 45 out of 100 in gate score, you have very less chances to get selected for psus or m.tech program in top notch IITs. however you may go for private colleges, since you have qualified gate you will be eligible for scholarship also.
