Hello Aspirant,

It depends upon your degree that you have completed in graduation. so I am enlisting down different codes with their conditions :-

-->> Code 03 - if you have passed your Pre-Examination degree in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as a compulsory subject which includes practical as well.

-->> Code 04 - If you have completed pre-professional/pre-medical examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English after passing either the Higher Secondary examination or Pre-university/Intermediate or equivalent exam with practical included in it.

Begin a career in Medical and Allied Sciences. Admissions Open for

Apply to Emversity Allied Health Sciences programs

-->> Code 06 - If you have completed B.Sc. with not less than two subjects which includes Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry.

So you can choose the code whichever is applicable on you and in the case if you have completed B.Tech or any other degree program which does not include PCB combination then you have to choose code 02.
