see the basic eligibility criteria is you need to have a bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university, there is no upper age limit is applied to appear in xat exam, also there is no specific marks criteria. some of the top tier 1 colleges also evaluate candidates academics results, if you get a high score you have decent chances to select in tier 1 colleges.

The eligibility criteria for XAT is as follows-
-Candidate applying forXAT must have a graduation degree from any stream from a recognized institute or university.
-The graduation degree should be for a minimum of three years.
-There is no specific cut off percentage or CGPA to be obtained during graduation.
-Candidates who are in the final year of graduation are also eligible for XAT 2020, provided that they receive their graduation degree before the admission process of XAT is completed.
