Yes, but you must have an aggregate of atleast 50% marks in graduation if you belong to general category. You would need 45% if you belong to a reserved category.

As long as you have 50% in graduation, you are eligible for CAT. There is an extra 5% relaxation in case you belong to SC or ST. Start preparing if you have'nt already.
