Hello.
In comparison of facilities and accreditation LNMIIT , Jaipur is dominant over HBTU, but the popularity of both the institute is same in sense of coding culture LNMIIT is on the top , while in LNMIIT , Jaipur fee structure for BTech CSE is about 11.20 lakh for general while in HBTU it is 5.83 lakh for general ,it is the total fee for BTech CSE , so LMNIIT would be a good choice but in sense of fee HBTU is a good choice .
