I understand that you have deposited an amount of Rs. 1000 regarding counseling fee and that you have also received a message against verification of necessary documents still you have received a non- eligibility message against your counseling. This might have happened due to some reasons which I will mention below:

1. Technical snag on part of the authorities conducting the counseling process. If this is the case then you should contact the authorities via mail, letter or in person and state the issue to them and demand a solution.

2. It might have happened that although your documents are verified to be okay, the credentials in them do not match the eligibility criteria and thus your eligibility is forfeited.

3. You might have missed the deadline within which you had to do your verification of documents.
