Your chances of attending the NEET entrance exam this year seem very low. Because your 10th class certificate is the proof document used as your DOB if you show different DOB then maybe it would be mentioned in the admit card. It will cause you some difficulty during the counselling session that your NEET Admit Card and your class 10th Marksheet has different Date of Birth. But since the NEET correction form window has already been closed, you cannot correct the error made in your NEET admit card. What you can do is that you can try contacting with the NEET authority about the errors in yoru NEET admit card and ask them, politely, to make corrections in them. You can reach out to them via phone and email id, both of which you can find in their official website.
