It's completely normal that you have different signatures on your class 10th marksheet and college application form because at that time the students do not realise the importance of signature and usually tend to write in the particular handwriting as they have been writing throughout their life.

Generally, no one asks for such things but if someone asks you for that you can take the help of other documents such as Aadhar Card and other mark sheets to confirm your statement.
