Eligibility Criteria for admission to MBBS course in Delhi is candidate must have passed 10+2 exam from institute located in National Capital Territory.

Eligibility Criteria for admission to state quota seats in UP is Candidate must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh.

If you fulfill the criteria for both the states then it is your decision to apply for Delhi or UP. However, you can apply for counselling in both the states and during counselling your eligibility for 85 percent state quota seats will be checked by the State admitting authorities and if found eligible, you will be given admission.
