Hi,

Once you submitted the form, you can't do anything.

You should contact KIIT University help desk. They will guide you better what to do..

Hello Chirag ,

Once you have submitted the form it is quite impossible to rectify the mistake, however you can try to contact the convenor of the exam regarding the mistake as if it is a minor mistake then only they will try to rectify it.
