Hello Ashmeet,

As you have the domicile of the Haryana, you can definitely apply for home statw quota for the haryana. As you have got 85% in the 12th board examinations. With this percentage and the home state quota you can get a good college with good profit of the rank. Otherwise there may be no chances of getting any good college with your rank.
