Hello student CBSE stands for Central Board of secondary education which provides education till class 12 only after class 12 you need to take admission in state/Centre or national University. Cbse don't offer BA Course.

BA is a 3 year undergraduate program for student who are seeking careers Arts. Eligibility - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in any stream with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board.

Cbse doesn't offer graduation courses like ba , bsc or any other graduation level courses. CBSE means Central Board of Secondary Education. Thus, it deals with upto secondary education only i.e , cbse is only upto class 12th

You need to do Graduation or degree courses from a college or University. Now your UP board is a recognised board so you are eligible to take admission in any college or university be it Delhi university or BHU or any college or university provided you meet their requirements .
To be eligible for take admission in BA eligibility criteria is that one needs to have completed their 10+2 from a recognised board, also in many colleges a minimum of 50% aggregate marks at Class 12 level is required.
