I probably feel this is a kind of question that is in need to be answered by asking yourself rather than passing to any other person around.
As you were the only one who can decide a right choice.since,no one knows about you more than yourself.


At first compare reasons by questioning yourself:

• Why do you want to give CAT and what do you want from it?
• Is the web dev work you were in now is satisfactory and making you feel that there is no need to give CAT Examination again as your goals fulfilled?

If you could able to justify yourself that CAT is important or Continuing as web developer is important, you would probably able to come out of this confusion state and finsliy whether to retry for CAT or not.

If suppose you finalized to give CAT by proper preparation this time then, make sure you don't break consistency in your preparation and stay focused till the end.
