See Staff Selection Commission has extended the last date of application to December 26th 2020 and last date of payment of application fee in offline mode through challan is January 1st 2021 and as you have mentioned that you have initiated the offline payment 5 days ago but still it is showing pending payment so you should contact your bank from which payment was initiated and if the amount has not been deducted from your account still then I would recommend you to make the payment again.
