If you are talking about the admission  application form , then after the registration,  you need to log in to the admission portal with the same email ID and password you provided while registration.

After log in you need to fill up all the details that have been asked such as qualification details and personal details.

After filling the details , you need to upload the relevant documents and passport sized photograph and sign of yours .

Then if there is any application form payment , Pay it digitally and for future reference take out a print of that  .
