Kindly mention the name of the exam/college you’re talking about in the question. Please try taking the colored print out of the admit card. You might get the clear photograph. And if it’s recognisable, you’ll be able to give the exam. Also, carry a photo id proof like Voter ID card, Driving License, Aadhar card, Passport etc. along with the admit card on the exam day. It’ll help the invigilators identify you.

However, if the photograph is not clear beyond recognition, you should contact someone from the exam conducting body and let them know your problem.
