Yes, you can take admission in btech in biomedical engineering. Eligibility criteria for biomedical eengineering is following: Candidates must have passed their 10+2 standard from a recognized board with science stream. Candidates should have read physics, chemistry, biology/maths as main subject. So, PCB student can also take admission in btech in biomedical engineering.

Maths will be requires in  course but concepts of maths till 10th standard would be enough . Rest of maths will be covered during your course.
