It depends on your personal interest. If you have interest in business management, its strategies, market involvement then you should go for MBA in your preffered domain. 

If you have interest in technicalities, want to research on something and interested in any engineering branch then you are advised to go for M.Tech. The job, duration etc. all the things are almost same. You should go with your interest.

Depends upon which career path do you choose. If you wish to choose management system then MBA would be a good opportunity however if you are more interested towards technology and innovation then mtech is a good ipopportuni so better take way to your heart and just get ready to pursue ina direction what your heart desires.
