You need to understand its not two different forms but one single form divided into two forms with just different timelines. Moreover phase 2 form needs to filled before the results will be declared. The result will have your category and category rank mentioned according to the details you filled in phase 1 that is before appearing for the exam. So it would be wise not to change the category in phase 2. These are important exams you need to be careful while filling the form. Your counselling depends on this!
