If you have filled your date of birth wrong then i will suggest you to call on the number which is given on the official website of the cat and tell your query there . Further if they are not doing correction then ask them to send across a mail stating that this was a mistake and you can use it as a proof and can appear for the exam .

Beside this you can visit to this cathelpdesk@iimcat.ac.in as you don't have much time .
