I have ews and income certificate but caste not there. Eamcet exams are near. What I should do?? Is caste certificate compulsory or optional?

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing absolutely great.

So with regard to your query, if you are from SC/ST/OBC then you must provide the caste certificate otherwise, you will be considered and your rank also will be in the general category itself. Only EWS reservation will be considered. Further, if your family income is less than INR 8 lakhs per annum then OBC NCL certificate must be produced.

Finally, it is not compulsory to provide caste certificate. If you provide you will get the reservation, if you do not provide you will be considered from general category that's it.
