Since you mentioned not having a ration card so getting an income certificate might be tricky but you can still check with the local office or Revenue Department for alternative ways to get it. They might accept other documents to issue it like bank statements or affidavits.

So, for now, the EWS certificate should be enough for your application. But in case you need the income certificate later, it’s good to explore other options to get it.
