Physical Requirements for Indian Police Service:

Height: 165 cm[For ST (except SC/ OBC) – 160 cm] for male and 150 cm [For  ST (except SC/ OBC)- 145 cm] for female.

Chest: Minimum 84 cm. Expansion 5 cm for male and Min 79 cm expansion 5 cm for female.

Eyesight: 6/6 or 6/9 distant vision for good eye for male and 6/12 or 6/9 for worst eye. Near vision J 1 for good eye. J2 for worst eye for female.

If you have no colorblindness and you have good distant vision inspite of spectacles then you are obviously eligible to be an IPS.
