Shaif you will get the degree but it may take some longer time because you need to clear your backlogs,in which you have failed.College provide 2 ways to accomplish this,first way is to take extra classes of your backlogs subject in summer vacation and simultaneously conduct the examination so that you can get the degree with your fellowmates,else you may have to waste another one year extra for completing the course and passing all the subjects.
