It hard for me to say and disappoint you but your chances of getting into IIMs is extremely low.
See, for getting calls from IIM, beside having a CAT score regardless of percentile, one must also have a good academic background. And since your 12th marks are not very good you chances of getting call is nil. Now, coming to other aspects, you mentioned that you failed in maths in 12th. This is also worrying because if your maths is so weak, you will find it very hard to get good percentile in CAT too. So, forget about 12th and try to get good marks in graduation and also prepare well for CAT. Competition is really high so you need to put lot of hardwork to get good score.
