Yes, you can cancel your application form for all the three sessions. The application fee for jee mains is refundable if you withdraw your application in the stipulated time so you will be refunded back the amount that you have paid to fill the application form after your withdrawal. Also if you have applied for a particular session then the application fee can be adjusted for other sessions, so your money can be shifted to another sessions also. Therefore, if you cannot attend the examination, then you should apply for withdrawal when the application window is opened of that particular session only. Nta has clearly said that "No fee will be refunded if the request is received during any other time". Your refund will be issued in the same amount from which the payment was done.
