You should fill your name, father's name, mother's name and date of birth as per the details in your class 10th certificate unless it is stated the otherwise. It is not clear if you have provided your mother's name as per class 10th certificate. If it is as per the details in your class 10th certificate you won't face any problem but if it is different from class 10th certificate then you need to either correct the details if there is correction facility for the application form you have applied. If there is no correction window you need to apply once again if the application process is ongoing and if you are allowed to submit multiple applications. As you have not mentioned the application regarding which you are enquiring. And the last option, if any of the above doesn't work, then you need to get an affidavit stating the full name of your mother as per records and submit the same during the counselling, you will not face any issue if you do so.
