I think what you are asking is that in your 10th marksheet your father name is written Surname First & then First name but you have filled the form with First name followed by Surname. This will not create any problem but you must make sure that the spelling of the name you have filled up should match with your 10th marksheet. If the spelling is alright, then you have nothing to worry about & in future you won't feel any problem.
