You need to meet standard guidelines and dimensions size for uploading photos and signature. Its showing login error because correction window will open from Last week October 2018 to 1st week November 2018 where you can login and make necessary changes and resubmit it online.

Keep your photo within 50kb and mostly in JPG/JPeG format with 3.5cm*4.5cm standsrd size.
