Invalid credentials" means that the username or password you entered is incorrect, so double-check that you're using the right information, including capitalization, and try logging in again; if you're still having trouble, most websites have a "forgot password" option to reset your login details.

Key points to check:

  • Typos: Carefully review your username and password for any spelling mistakes.
  • Case sensitivity: Ensure you're using the correct capitalization for your credentials.
  • Special characters: Check if any special characters are required in your password.
  • Recent changes: If you recently changed your password, make sure you're using the new one.

What to do if you're still having trouble:

Use the "Forgot Password" option:

Most websites have a feature to reset your password if you can't remember it.

Contact support:

Reach out to the website administrator or customer service if you're still unable to log in.
