Hello,
Yes you will be allowed to change/select the campuses options during the counselling time..You can give any of the campuses of VIT as your 1st option depending upon your VITEEE rank.VITEEE is scheduled to be conducted inbetween 4th April to 15th April 2018 and it's result will probably come during the last week of April 2018.
