As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above you have finished 1 year pharm d amd you want to join 2nd year directly which must be into another college then you can admission into 2nd year definitely through lateral entry you can get into but only selected collegr offer lateral entry so first confirm which collegr offers lateral entry and then prepare for admission according to that.
