Hello,
Yes you are eligible to give next year as NTA board has give 3 attempts to a candidate. They can give jee mains two times or any one candidates like. Considering jee main marks they can give JEE Advance.
The range is set by the board which goes upto 2 lakhs every year.
Try to perform well and score high to get a chance to take jee advance.
