Hi,
Basically payment option is available there for 2-3days after close of registration for every entrance. So, if the payment date also over, so now nothing can be done. Until you paid exam fees, your form will not be submitted. So, you can't seat for AIIMS as you forget to pay exam fees.
But one thing, you can contact the helpdesk number for just to try. If their is any possibilities, only they can tell you.
