If you are enquiring about UPCET counselling, as per the information available in the information brochure candidates who have not paid the seat acceptance fee on or before the last date and candidates who are ineligible after the online document verification are not eligible to participate in round 2. So you need to pay the acceptance fee before October 9, 2021. Today is the last date so the website may not work properly but we would suggest you to try to pay the seat acceptance fee by 11:59 PM today.
