If you have forgotten the username and password for a particular exam, try finding it from your registered email or phone number. You can change your password by clicking the 'forgot password' button, and do the needful to change your password. You will find your username and other details in the registered email. Check the spam folders too.

After registering for the exam you wish to seek credentials of, you must have received a confirmation mail and SMS. Go through the mail and SMS, it contains the credentials you're looking for. If you can't find them then reach out to the officials.

Hello student I request you to please help me that you forgot your user id and password of which portal so that I can check and provide you the exact information. Usually at the time of registration portal ask for your email address and send details on it so you can check for user id in your mail box.
