Hello Aspirant,  Hope your doing great. As per your query , you cannot register for 2nd counselling  because  before 1st counselling you have to register  for the counselling then only you will eligible for counselling  other than you were not eligible  for counselling.

Since you missed the registration window for the main counselling round (which happened in July 2024 based on the information available), you won't be able to participate in that.

If there are no spot rounds this year, you will have to wait and appear for the AP EAMCET exam next year and participate in the counselling process then.
