Since you have not mentioned the name of exam , i assume it to be NEET exam. And if it is NEET exam ,Sorry to say but if you have forgotten to apply for the first round of counselling , then you can not apply for second round of counselling. Candidates who have applied in first round of counselling but could not get a seat in the round , are only eligible for the second round of counselling.
