Hello,

You cannot apply for the second counseling under the NCC special category in AP EAPCET. However, having an NCC certificate can be helpful in getting a good college during the EAMCET counseling period. The registered candidates who applied under the special category can get their certificates verified. To understand the specifics of your situation, it is best to contact the AP EAMCET help desk or visit their official website.

Hope this helps,

Thank you

No, you cannot upload your NCC certificate in the second phase of AP EAMCET. Once you have registered for the first phase, you cannot register as a fresh candidate in the second phase. If you wish to participate in the second phase, you need to directly exercise web options as per the schedule
