Hi,  First of all you haven't mention the examination you have appeared for! You ever If you have forgotten your application number, generally that can be retrieved from the pdf of the application form that you have filled ( if you have any soft copy of it.) . Another way of retrieving is that while logging in of the dashboard of the application you can try by clicking on the forgot application number or password. In that case you might get a reply in registered mail id.
