I think you forgot to mention the name of Examination for which you have forgotten the password.

Generally, every exam panel has a forgotten password/reset password option for recovering or changing the password, this will be very simple process, a OTP will be sent to your mobile number or E-mail ID, and then you have to enter that OTP and change the password.

If you have mentioned the name of particular exam name than I would be able to tell you in a better way.
