Otherwise look for forgot registration number option. And answer security questions like:-

• Name, Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Registered Email ID, etc .
• Click on the tab after confirming that the provided details are correct.
• You will receive an automated Email, on your registered Email with Registration Number and link to reset the password.
