       As per my knowledge when admit card is officially released you can download it by using your login there is no need of RUC code. If it is still asking your RUC code to login then once check your registered email and mobile no because as soon as RUC code is created it will be sent to your registered email id and mobile number. Still, If you couldn't find it then the best way is to contact helpdesk through emails or calls.
