Hello Aspirant,
Do not panic, there is an option available on the Candidate login page that reads 'Forgot Password'. Just click on it or follow this link-> https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/LoginChoice/ForgetPwdLoad
There, it will ask you your Roll no. and application no. which you then fill up and hopefully you will get your ID and password back.
